Sparks, NV – Today, Sparks Mayor Ron Smith praised the many years of experience and leadership Dave Espinosa has brought to the City of Sparks and is bringing to the race for Nevada’s Assembly District 31.
“David’s experience as a businessman, teacher, and engineer is exactly what we need to best represent Sparks in the Nevada Legislature,” said Ron Smith. “David’s blend of community and business leadership is critical for our Sparks families and small business community to recover and grow.”

“To have someone with Ron’s long-time service to the City of Sparks recognize and praise my experience and knowledge is remarkable,” commented Dave Espinosa. “I couldn’t be happier to have received these kind words of encouragement from Ron. I look forward to bringing my decades worth of business experience and leadership forward to serve the people of Nevada.”
